Introduction to ILO4D

4D Vision was founded to develop revolutionary green power solutions tackling the biggest challenges in renewable energy. The company is developing the next generation of solar power arrays in the form of the patented Pyramid Wall System.

The Pyramid Wall System uses an inverse pyramid structure instead of flat panels. As a result, it is approximately 2.5 times more efficient than current solar panel designs. Pyramid solar arrays have a smaller footprint and can be implemented into a wider range of technologies, such as our Solar Street Lighting project being developed under 4D Vision’s lighting division, 4D Vision Light, LLC.

The Solar Street Lighting project is Pyramid Wall System’s premiere project, enabling streetlights to generate enough energy not just to power the light itself, but also to support numerous additional functions. These include both delivery drone networks and charging stations.

Because of the capabilities and promise of our technology and company, 4D Vision Light is proud to have joined forces with Conflow in a Joint Venture agreement to advance our technologies for next generation smart Solar Street Lights for customers worldwide.

The solar street lighting industry was worth almost $4 billion in 2018. By 2028, it is predicted to be worth more than $12 billion.

4D Vision Light is seeking an initial $500,000 round of ILO funding to test a demo unit and get it ready to market. After a successful round of funding, the team plans to fund construction of its manufacturing center.

4D Vision Light is offering 10% of its revenue for the first 3 years of operation, projected to be $16 million ($1.6M in royalties). In total 100,000 licenses will be sold (the initial round of 25,000 at a price of $20 per unit). This means ILO holders can expect a substantial return by supporting the company.
